After an inspiring session at the end of November last year, where we came together with over 40 passionate professionals, we proudly present: the renewed Recruitercode 2.0 🎉
This version is:
✅ More inclusive
✅ Easier to read
✅ And – perhaps most importantly – it includes a concrete chapter on the ethical use of AI in the recruitment process.
💡 How can recruiters use AI tools responsibly? What are the ethical boundaries? The Recruitercode 2.0 offers direction, inspiration, and guidance.
