The Recruitercode is not without obligation. The code contains responsibilities, values, and rules of conduct that belong to recruitment – and which we expect you, as a registered recruiter, to embrace, promote, and put into practice.

The rules, responsibilities, and values we describe are aligned and reinforce one another. They serve as a standard to which you can be held accountable. Simply endorsing the code is not enough. The goal is to integrate the code into your daily work. In this way, the Recruitercode functions as a guideline for how you work and operate – towards all parties involved.
